William Moore
1935-2024
William (Bill) Moore passed away peacefully at the CHUS – Hôpital Fleurimont on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in his 89th year. He was the son of the late Lawrence Moore and Mary Perkins, predeceased by his sisters Virginia and Norma.
He was the loving father of David (Valerie), Brenda (Jocelyn), Kelly (Yvan), Peter (Martine), Gregory (Joyce), Judi (Yvon) and of the late Christopher; proud Grampie of Nicholas, Danika, Jason, Amy-Lee, Kimberley, Jessika, Jennifer, Anthony, Vanessa and Joey; Great-Grampie to Ryan, Kaitlin, William, Emma, Camila, Jackson, Milan and Leo. He also leaves to mourn his sisters Thelma, Lorna, Annabelle and Terry.
Bill was a long-term employee of Domtar. He enjoyed spending time in nature, skiing, walking and listening to music.
The family would like to thank the medical staff at the CHUS – Fleurimont and the CLSC nurses.
A private family service was held on Thursday, February 29 in Sherbrooke.
