Mr. Robert Samson

North-Hatley, 21 Décembre 2024

Robert G. SAMSON 1963-2024 passed away at home in North Hatley on December 21, 2024 with his beloved, Janna Kendall at his bedside after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Marie Samson, who he loved very much, as well as, his brother Brant Samson and is predeceased by his father James Brant Samson.  A longtime Dorval resident, Rob was born in Montreal on February 25, 1963.

Rob was a very modest, private man with an amazing sense of humor who loved boating on Lake Massawippi, driving his 1977 corvette and having fun.  A Lower Canada College graduate, Rob had the most interesting and unique occupational life which took him to work in Korea, Madagascar, the Arctic, across Canada and the U.S.A.  With over 30 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control Structural and Pressure Boundary Applications and Quality Management Programs relating to ASME, CSA, ISO 9001 his experiences included working with Team Industrial Services to Ontario Power Generation (Nuclear) at Darlington, Bruce Power, Pickering station sites, QA Technologies, Nouvelle Autoroute 30 CJV, SNC-Lavalin, Acuren Group, Thorburn Equipment and Dominion Bridge.

Rob will be forever loved, forever remembered, forever missed.
