It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mrs. Wanda Ann Downing, residing in Sherbrooke, at the age of 67. She was the spouse of the last 16 years of Mr. Stéphane Houle and the daughter of the late Mr. Guido Haggenmiller and the late Dame Simone Ouellette. Besides her husband, Mrs. Downing is survived by her daughters Lexi (Jack), Jazzy (Brandon), Chandy, Danielle, Jeannette and Ashley.
She is also mourned by her grandchildren, her brother Alex as well as other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, from 6h30 pm to 9 pm and on Wednesday from 10 am to 12h30 pm at the Steve Elkas Funeral Complex, 4230 Bertrand-Fabi Street, Sherbrooke, J1N 1X6. A Celebration of her Life will follow at 1 pm at Hope Community Church, 102 Queen, Sherbrooke, J1M 1J6.
