Passed away at the CHUS-Hotel Dieu, Sherbrooke, Qc. on Saturday March 8, 2014. Frances Hamel Neil, in her 93rd year, daughter of the late Herbert Peter Hamel and the late Mary Edmonds and beloved wife of the late John Neil; loving mother of the late Bruce Neil (Patricia Nobes) who passed away on March 3, 2014.. Also left to mourn are many other friends and relatives.
In respect of her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral. Cremation services were entrusted to the Steve L. Elkas Funeral Home, Sherbrooke, Qc..
