Passed away at the CHUS-Hotel Dieu, Sherbrooke Qc., on Monday, May 12, 2014. Irene Dougherty Fisher, in her 98th year, beloved daughter of the late John Dougherty and the late Winnifred Locke and loving wife of the late Alvin Eric Fisher of Bury, Qc.
Mrs. Fisher leaves to mourn her children: Wayne (Joan King), Delmar (Nicole Fortier) and Ashley (Francine Huard); her grandchildren: Nathalie (Frank Longo) Wade (Jeannie Gillespie), Todd and Karin (Marc-André Proulx); her great-grandchildren; Sienna Longo, Madison Fisher, Connor Fisher, the late Erica Fisher and Ethan, Hannah, Noah, Aidan Fisher-Proulx. Also left to mourn are her many friends and other relatives.
Family and friends will meet at St-Paul’s Anglican Church, Bury (588 Main St., Bury, QC, J0B 1J0) on Wednesday July 2, 2014 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday July 3, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday July 3, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at St-Paul’s Anglican Church followed by burial at the Bury Anglican Cemetery.
