Mrs Micheline Tremblay
Sherbrooke, 27 août 2024
1969 – 2024
It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected and sudden passing of Micheline Tremblay on August 27, 2024. In the evening hours, at the age of 55, Micheline peacefully passed away in the presence of her Husband (Nelson Tincarre), Son (Ken Lavers), Daughter (Vanessa Lavers) and Sister-in-law (Trudy) by her side.
Also known as Mimi, Miche and Mommy, she will be remembered and greatly missed by the following: Her loving Husband, Nelson Tincarre. Her Children; Daughter, Vanessa Lavers (Cody Coward), 2 grandchildren; Connor and Celina-Mimi. Son, Ken Lavers (Kim Labonté), 3 grandchildren; Noah, Kayla and Dahlia. Along with Daughter in law, Byanka Champagne (Keith Chapman), 4 grandchildren; Emryk, Kaylan, Kaylee and Kyana. Leaving to mourn, also includes the father of her children Glenn Lavers, her two sisters Caroline and Sylvie Tremblay with their children, along with other family members and close friends who loved her dearly.
Mimi was such a magical woman full of positive energy and love which was felt by all while in her presence, especially with her many grandchildren. She was extremely strong; this year would be her 5th year in remission of her cancer, but an unforeseen stroke abruptly took her away from us.
As per Micheline’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. However, we will be reaching out to her close family & friends when the time comes, to join us as we reminisce and celebrate the wonderful woman she was. At a later date, Micheline’s urn will travel to Côte-des-Neiges to lay in peace alongside her father, Carol Tremblay and brother Raynald Tremblay, whom she loved dearly.
We wish to thank the Doctors and Nurses in the ICU ward on the 9th floor of the CHUS – Fleurimont for the loving care and compassion that was provided to Micheline in making her last days as comfortable as possible.
Donations can be made to the CHUS Foundation: Dons – In memoriam Donation (eudonet.com)
